I am writing to you to thank you and your company for the support of our planning application.
Thank you for being so efficient in dealing with our queries and projects. Your input is so key and getting it quickly is a huge help. Very much appreciated
We are indebted to Alan and Sophia at Chapman Lily planning associates for helping us achieve a positive outcome in our recent planning application. We had been approached by the enforcement officer to submit a retrospective planning application for earthworks and a change of use to regularise our position. Alan and Sophia wrote up a clear planning statement and organised the mapping and other submissions required for the submission and then guided it through the consultation process
We wake up every day knowing how lucky we are to live in such an amazing place and fully appreciate your help in making it all legally possible
Just a quick note to say how impressed with your services I am. One of the first consultants that actually sticks to timescales and produces results and not just words.
We work closely with Chapman Lily on a number of our projects and always appreciate the extreme amount of in-depth knowledge on planning and strategic developments that they bring to each of our consultations.
Thank you very much for helping us to get to this stage. I think we found you on the internet and it was such a change for us to find somebody to do a really good job . We really were very impressed with your knowledge and always prompt attention to our case,
I was amazed at how quickly you responded to all of my questions and you made us feel very confident that you would achieve for us the outcome we desired. You seemed to be very well- prepared with an argument for whatever obstacles the council might throw at us.
You were so pro-active on our behalf that I really felt you couldn’t have done anything any better for us.
Chapman Lily simply do what they say, on time and to budget. Great advice and management of our case. Total professionals. We are thrilled with the outcome.
I have worked with Giles Moir and the Chapman Lily Planning Team on various projects and in the past few years, they have obtained consent on a number of schemes in that time for our company UK Property Options Ltd.
The consents include a residential housing scheme and three roadside retail schemes including two Petrol Filling Stations with convenience stores and various drive-through offers. The sites have been located across the UK.
I have found the Chapman Lily Team to be very supportive and knowledgeable in carrying out planning reviews and taking the lead on our detailed planning applications.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Giles and Chapman Lily Planning for all your planning needs.
Giles and his team at Chapman Lily were professional and conscientious at all times. We had been tackling issues regarding lawful use of our land for a long while and not making much progress; however once we appointed Chapman Lily they brought their excellent expertise to the table, clarifying things, negotiating effectively and ultimately regularising our land use. They effectively lead us through some very trying times with patience and diligence to achieve a successful result. Giles was excellent; with an unpretentious manner and a calm unfazed air that comes from his years of experience, and the depth and breadth of his knowledge.
We have dealt with many planning agents over the years and Chapman Lily rank amongst the best we have worked with. We have an excellent working relationship with Chapman Lily and are so happy with the service that we have received that we have asked them to represent our company in a further major development project.
Chapman Lily Planning Ltd were instrumental in Mar-Key Group achieving a very good planning outcome with moving our manufacturing facility Throop, Bournemouth. Even though the site has an industrial application, it sits within an overall greenbelt area and joins a conservation area, which made the planning application quite complex. Brett Spiller and his team are very understanding both of the needs and requirements of the company, and of concerns of the local authority. As a company, Mar-Key Group has a very social outlook towards its staff and neighbours which was appreciated and helped considerably with the overall project.
Brett is a font of knowledge: an obvious industry expert. Have used on a number of occasions and definitely in safe hands. Would highly recommend
